The 5 Day Launch to Clean Eating is a whole food cleanse designed to help you feel better, create long lasting healthy habits, reduce inflammation and re-energize your body (all without giving up real food). 

You will receive a 5 day menu plan, prep plan, all corresponding recipes and shopping list. In addition, you will receive video lessons each day, teaching you the foundations and small shifts you can make, to build new healthy habits. 

You will learn:

  • How to eat clean by cooking simple meals at home
  • How to choose the cleanest ingredients for your meal plan
  • How to create a weekly (or monthly meal plan)
  • The one tool I use to make meal planning faster
  • How I use that tool to generate a shopping list in no time
  • How to make a prep plan so you can save time and get dinner on the table fast

There will be two curated options, a 5 day meal plan focusing on dinner recipes only OR a 5 day meal plan with breakfast and dinner (lunch can be leftovers from dinner).
