You will receive a 5 day menu plan, prep plan, all corresponding recipes and shopping list. In addition, you will receive video lessons each day, teaching you the foundations and small shifts you can make, to build new healthy habits.
There will be two curated options, a 5 day meal plan focusing on dinner recipes only OR a 5 day meal plan with breakfast and dinner (lunch can be leftovers from dinner).
You will actually be spending less time in the kitchen by implementing this one timesaving step - meal prep! Included will be a quick and easy plan to set yourself up for success.
