You bring to the table a ravenous thirst to see things differently, for knowledge and for truth. A commitment to going ALL IN on you and to showing up even when it's the hardest, because that's when it's the most important. You come with the desire to let go of what you think you know about healing and open up to possibility - beyond the supplements, protocols, devices, biohacks, etc. 

We will not waste our time on distractions, finding the perfect supplement, the perfect protocol, the perfect anything. It is not about getting the latest technology, device or biohacks to fix your health. It is not about eating perfectly, rigid rules, or living in fear. It's also NOT about focusing on your symptoms - they become distractions too that we try to change. 

Instead we will find ways to make your life your medicine. Because when YOU change, your life (including your health) changes. We will address the mind and the body. Bringing attention to your thoughts/stories/and beliefs as these are the ROOT of all dis-ease. And focusing on core areas of lifestyle: nutrition, movement, sleep, light, breathing, etc. (but not in the way you are used to). And finally we'll realign you with the universal healing tools we all have. 

Our time will be spent on the areas you need, which we will identify as they come up (and we will know more after our initial call). 

Then we will work together, in real time, making those shifts. You'll have access to me anytime to ask questions, seek resources, talk things out, get clarity, get inspiration, etc.

I think and see things differently. It is a power you have too and will unfold as you do "the work".

ps - I promise you this is not a program where I will tell you all the things you "should" be doing - nope. You already know what to do. We will extract this information, start there and weave my knowledge, wisdom and expertise into the mix while honoring your intuition and journey.

My story began with an autoimmune disease, Ankylosing Spondylitis (also endometriosis), that I was able to fully heal, after walking away from the conventional medical model completely and without any medication. I overcame this condition through the power of my belief, my intuition, my curiosity, and realigning to the nature within, and all around me aka lifestyle shifts. The most transformative catalyst for my healing was me.

I changed my life and my life changed. 

I am here to not only be a story of transformation, but to hold space for other's stories of transformation. You may not fully believe that you can heal BUT I know you can. Because I know the power of the body AND the mind, and I did it myself. 

I help people with chronic health conditions/symptoms HEAL themselves outside the system, without "all the things" and instead create their own system to HEAL from the inside out.

No longer fearing symptoms, but hearing them. This is ultimate freedom and sovereignty. 

I believe the life you live, is the medicine you give yourself every single day. I'll teach you how to become the medicine, so you can do this for life.

 Finding your way to the truth goes beyond certifications and training (lived experience trumps it all), but if you want more details on that end...keep reading below.

First there was my own healing journey. To find the truth you must go THROUGH the fire.

Once on the other side, I began working with clients in their journeys as a culinary nutrition educator (focusing on food as a tool) and then later as a functional diagnostic nutrition practitioner (focusing on the inner terrain with labs and protocols, as well as lifestyle shifts). I also trained functional medicine providers, doctors and practitioners in the area of drainage and detox. 

But I was still thirsty to go deeper. As I continued my own evolution, the truth became even more clear to me.

Which is how the Heal Thyself Mentorship was born. Change, aka healing, is not something that happens from the outside in, but from the inside out.

Additional details if you're curious...

I am a former public school teacher (taught all levels from Kindergarten to graduate school). So you'll notice learning from me is easy! 

During my days teaching was when I went through my healing journey and acquired extensive life experience, coupled with intensive self study in countless areas (energy medicine, ancient knowledge of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, muscle testing, Hulda Clark, parasite cleansing, clean eating, low tox living, coffee enemas, drainage pathways, lymphatic knowledge, etc). I built an incredible toolbox that I share with others now, but I also came to know universally what is required of the body to heal. Look within you and all around you ;) 

Food was a beautiful part of my journey. And I went on to certify as a Culinary Nutrition Expert. I fell in love with food and its medicine. I used to say that food healed me BUT I now know, food supported me, but I healed me. 

Then, I certified and worked as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner. Mostly because I wanted to know my body in a deeper way. I worked with clients using functional labs and creating protocols, but most of my time was spent on the lifestyle shifts. I realized this space was not where I wanted to spend my energy - life was calling me forward still. 

However, my time in that space was not over - I then went to work for a very prominent supplement company and traded working 1-to-1 with clients, to working directly with functional practitioners and helping them support their clients. This gave me an opportunity to observe and reflect on the truth of healing and where there were gaps. And to see the over reliance on supplements, as well as the trend of outsourcing health. 

We are now in the present and you can see that I have stepped out of the functional space and simply into the truth of healing - no more outsourcing, only innersourcing the medicine. That doesn't mean you can't use supplements, and we will if needed but that is not where we start or linger.

I have also stepped deeply into the nature within myself - my mind, my energy - studying  great teachers and doing the work with Dr. Joe Dispenza. This part of the journey is not to be overlooked and in fact, will be greatly emphasized. 

Healing is not about finding the perfect supplement, the perfect protocol, the perfect practitioner. It is not about getting the latest technology, device or biohacks to fix your health. It is not about eating perfectly, rigid rules, or living in fear. Those are distractions.

Healing is about truth. What is universal to all human beings. Our mind and body is already fully equipped to heal us. Every single person, no one is excluded.

Healing is about closing the gap between us and nature. It is about using the nature within us and all around us to restore harmony. 

Healing is much more than a physical act, it is a spiritual journey we all came here to do.

We will have an initial, deep dive visit where we establish a relationship with each other and you tell me about your life! I listen and extract the medicine, along with you and your intuition. We'll discuss your goals, how fast you want to move (gradual changes or all in full speed ahead - either way works), and what you can begin implementing immediately after our visit (you'll receive the Lifestyle Shift Starter Guide to guide you as well). 

After that we will have a follow up session to review an action plan to get things moving.

Once you have your action plan, you will then begin taking action!

This is the part that can be hard at times (because it's new and unfamiliar) OR because you have thoughts/stories about it that are not supportive. This is where the work lies! 

And this is why we will have a personal whats app chat to voice note with each other - to answer questions, help you with decisions, work through old thought patterns, etc. THIS is the part that will be the most helpful! And which I am most excited about.

Depending on the commitment plan you choose, you will have a certain number of zoom sessions allotted to meet and review things. During these sessions we will do certain practices together in real time that you can bring into your daily life and use for life. It will be a beautiful, heart opening, expansive session together. We may also discuss new concepts to begin bringing into your awareness. Or work through real life situations together to break old patterns. 

Once we reach the end of your plan, you can either renew or we have a final session together celebrating your wins and noting any areas you'll want to continue to focus on.
