These virtual gatherings (conscious movement classes) hosted via Zoom are designed to help you connect deeply with yourself and flow with others. This is an active space where we combine movement, breath work, and connection to shift your physical + energetic state in real-time.
And move you out of stagnation in body and mind.

What to expect:
Sessions are about an hour, with minimal talking—it's all about taking action together. You'll leave with new practices to add to your wellness toolbox, plus a profound shift in how you feel both physically and energetically.
These sessions are not available for replay.

The Class FLOW:
You'll experience a dynamic combination of movement and breathwork, designed to guide you into a state of deeper relaxation and personal transformation. Each meetup will last about an hour, and you’ll leave feeling recharged and ready to take on the rest of your week!
We always start class with Sovereign Flow, a movement-based practice to release tension and open your body, followed by a guided breathwork journey taking you into a meditative state with music and visualization.
